It may also be used to submit reasonable accommodation requests for service or support animals under the Fair Housing Act, though use for this purpose is optional. Assistance Animal requests and documentation may instead be submitted directly to management.

There is no charge for residents without pets, including those requesting assistance animal accommodations. Residents with pets pay a $30 fee per pet directly to Foxen.
